Our founder, William Bradshaw, spent over 13 years at Jungle Jim's International Market, rising from System Network Administrator to IT Director. He designed, built, and secured the IT infrastructure for the country's largest independent grocery stores — where every second of downtime meant lost revenue.
Strategic Vision
2017–2020
William spent over 3 years as a Senior Presales Systems Engineer at Dell Technologies, designing enterprise solutions for commercial businesses. He drove technical sales campaigns and delivered whiteboard-level architecture presentations to both technical teams and executive leadership.
